Rental
Ideal Water will warranty any rental item for parts and labor completely, against defects and workmanship throughout the duration of the rental contract.

Purchase
Ideal Water will warranty any system purchased from then installed by Ideal Water for the term of 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase. Extended service plans are available, please contact us for information.

Drop Ship or Self Installed Items
Ideal Water will warranty these items against manufacturing defects for a term not to exceed 30 days from the date of shipping. All packages should be inspected carefully and contents should be examined for damage upon receipt. Claims should be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods, and Ideal Water will correct any issues that may have occurred.
